You agree that IDC may keep your Personal Information. Your responses to each of the assessment questions, the assessment results and only the Personal Information you provide will be kept by IDC. You agree that IDC may use your Personal Information to contact you about its product and service offerings and as otherwise set forth in IDC’s offerings and as otherwise set forth in IDC Privacy Policy.

Storage and Data Integrity

You agree that IDC, via its third-party service provider which hosts the Service, will store your Personal Information in the United States (U.S.A.). IDC will only use your Personal Information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, and take reasonable steps to protect the accuracy and integrity of the information, including Personal Information, you provide.

Transfer of Information by IDC

In the event that part or all of the ownership of IDC, or any of its products are sold or transferred, all lists and data that contain Personal Information, will be transferred to the new owner.
We may use or disclose Personal Information if we have a good-faith belief that the disclosure is reasonably necessary (a) to satisfy applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, (b) to enforce agreements we have with you, (c) to address fraud or security issues, or (d) to protect against harm to the rights, property, or safety of IDC, or our employees or customers.
